The deal
How is this different from buying leads?
A lead seller sells you names and gets paid whether you close or not, and often sells the same lead to several companies. We contact the companies ourselves, find out who actually wants to talk, and only charge for the meetings that take place.
What does a meeting cost?
We agree a fixed price per meeting on the first call, depending on the size of your projects. There is no retainer, no setup fee and no commission on top of it.
What counts as a meeting?
A meeting counts when a decision maker who matches the criteria you set actually shows up. If they do not show up or do not match, you do not pay for it.
How many meetings can I expect?
Most clients get somewhere between five and ten qualified meetings a month, depending on the area and the size of the projects. We never promise a fixed number, because you only pay for the meetings that take place anyway.
Do you work with my competitors?
For installers we work with one company per zone, so we never book the same owner for two competitors in the same area.
Getting started
What happens after I fill in the questionnaire?
You pick a time in our calendar right away. On a twenty minute call we go through your market, your criteria and your price per meeting.
How long does it take to go live?
Setting up takes about two weeks, mostly because new inboxes need time to warm up before they can send safely. The emails go out as soon as you approve the scripts.
What do I have to do?
You fill in one questionnaire about your projects and your ideal customer, approve the scripts before we launch and show up to the meetings. We handle the data, the inboxes, the emails, the replies and the booking.
What do you need from us?
Your finished projects and references, the areas you want to work in, the criteria for a good meeting and a calendar we can book into.
How the outreach works
Do you send emails from my domain?
No. We set up and warm separate domains and inboxes for your campaigns, so your main domain and its reputation are never touched.
Can I see the emails before they go out?
Yes. You approve every script before we launch, and we show you what changes when we rewrite them from what got replies.
Who answers the replies?
Our reply agent answers questions within minutes and offers times from your calendar. Anything unusual goes to our team, and nothing gets sent that does not fit your criteria.
Which countries and languages do you cover?
Our clients sell solar in Austria, Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia, and we write campaigns in English and German.
Do you work with residential installers?
We focus on business and property owners, because a commercial meeting is worth far more to you. If you only sell to homeowners, tell us on the call and we will be honest about whether it works in your area.
