Who we are

Agentic Solar finds and qualifies solar prospects for installers: we sweep a region with overhead imagery, score every roof on solar fit, identify the person responsible for the building, and draft outreach from that roof's own measurements.
Roles
For website visitors and enquiries we are the controller. For the prospect data we generate inside a client engagement we are a processor and the installer is the controller — a data processing agreement is part of every engagement.

Legal basis
- Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — answering enquiries and delivering an engagement
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — B2B outreach to the person responsible for a building, and keeping this site secure and working
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — where you give it, for example non-essential cookies
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — accounting and tax records
Transfers
Some processors listed in the privacy policy are established outside the EEA. Those transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
Retention
Enquiry data: kept while we are in contact and for our business records afterwards. Project data: kept for the engagement, then deleted or returned on request. Statutory retention periods override this where they apply.
Your rights
- Access a copy of your data
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Have your data deleted
- Restrict or object to processing, including objecting to outreach at any time
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent without affecting processing already carried out
