Who we are

Agentic Solar finds and qualifies solar prospects for installers: we sweep a region with overhead imagery, score every roof on solar fit, identify the person responsible for the building, and draft outreach from that roof's own measurements.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the contact form, book a call or email us, we receive the details you enter: your name, company, work email, phone number where you provide one, the region you want scanned, and your message.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting and the embedded services below record standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and the date and time of the visit.
Data we process on behalf of installers
When you engage us, we process business contact data about property owners and decision makers in the territory you choose — name, role, business email, business phone, and the property the record relates to. We act as processor for that data; you remain the controller. See the GDPR page for the detail.

Each provider processes data only as needed to perform that function.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and for our legitimate business records. Client project data is retained for the duration of the engagement and deleted or returned on request afterwards, subject to statutory retention periods.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse, and we keep access limited to the two of us and to the processors listed above.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and object to processing. Write to nikon.mazur@agentic-solar.com. You may also complain to your supervisory authority; in Austria that is the Datenschutzbehörde.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its date.
