These terms

These terms govern your use of the Agentic Solar website. Specific engagements are governed by the separate written agreement we sign with you; where the two conflict, that agreement wins.

Who we are

Agentic Solar is operated by Gloura, Währinger Str. 28, 1090 Vienna, Austria. For anything in this document, write to nikon.mazur@agentic-solar.com or aleksandr.boiko@agentic-solar.com.

Agentic Solar finds and qualifies solar prospects for installers: we sweep a region with overhead imagery, score every roof on solar fit, identify the person responsible for the building, and draft outreach from that roof's own measurements.

Using the website

The site is for people considering our service. You agree not to misuse it, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it at a volume that degrades it, or disrupt how it works.

What we sell

Two engagement models are described on the site:

• Done For You — €9,000 one time setup, then €1,500 per month.
• Performance — €1,500 one-time setup, then 5–10% commission on deals we bring in.

Both are built around the same commitment: at least five qualified leads per month. A roof counts as qualified at a fit score of 65 or above. Prices are net of VAT. The exact commission rate, the territory, the qualification criteria and the invoicing schedule are fixed in the engagement agreement before any work starts.

Demonstrations

The live scan we run on an intro call is free and carries no obligation. Figures shown in a demo are modelled estimates, not a guarantee of yield, savings or payback.

Outreach and your obligations

Where we send outreach on your behalf, you confirm you are entitled to contact business recipients in your territory and that you will honour opt outs we pass on to you. We review every draft before it is queued, but the commercial content of an offer remains yours.

Intellectual property

The platform, this website, its text and its design belong to us. Scan outputs and lead records produced for you under an engagement are yours to use for that engagement.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

Austrian law applies, with the courts of Vienna competent, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
